disgusting everything was cold and terrible. 2 Breadsticks hard and nasty. only 1 meatball. with the spaghetti. sauce had no taste

I was really disappointed. I used to go out of my way to find Sbarro in Ohio because it was so good. First time having it here in Charlotte and it was undercooked. I pulled the dough out of the middle and smashed it back together just to make it edible.

The Baked Ziti was the worst I've ever had. I eat Baked Ziti all the time and know that it 8s topped with Tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese that is Baked in the oven. This Baked Ziti had no sauce and no melted cheese. it was very bland and had very little flavor, if any at all!

Every time I order from Sbarro they give me the wrong items or forget items. They told my dasher that my food was okay even though the dasher said it was wrong. They didn't care and told them to take it anyways.
