Pizza was undercooked. Paid extra to arrive on time, they didn't even start cooking it until the dasher got there. Ruined company lunch.

The fact that I just spent $30 on this absolutely raw disgusting garbage is embarrassing. The cheese was completely slid off. The tomato sauce was chunky water liquid. It was not even edible. Had to go straight to the trash and we're not even picky like that.!!!

Ordered Pepperoni Cheesy Bread. Could have done w/ more pepperoni & more evenly spread across the surface. I also have no idea why this wouldn't come with some marinara dipping sauce as a standard. Other than those relatively minor things, I was pleased. Furrhermore, they were a lot larger than I anticipated; I ordered 2 and ended up making 4 meals out of them.

I loved Sbarro as a kid going to the local mall for lunch. What I received today was worse than anything I could've gotten at the grocery store. I'm just confused. This can't be the same pizza.
