Ordered a XL cheese pizza for $15 I don't eat meat however I receive a pepperoni pizza Big Red Flag Charge me for Hot Honey Didn't get it smh Pizza was so oily the box was failing

I usually have no issues with sbarros. I really enjoy their pizza but this one was dry and didn't look fresh. The cheese was hard like it was already prepared before I ordered it.

the pizza wasn't done. the crust was still doughy, toppings were sparse, just not good.
i have had these many times and this was just bad this time

The two slice combo was soggy and they sent the incorrect Stromboli. There was very little sauce in the spaghetti after mixing it together, it looked like white spaghetti with a hint of red. Only willing to give $8 and some change not considering all of the other fees incurred. Very disappointing.
