Scarlow's Art & Coffee opened within Scarlow's Gallery, next to Goedicke's Custom Framing & Art Supply, in the historic Turner Cottman building in downtown Casper.
My wife and I will always recommend this place!! 10/10 never have anything bad to say! (The spinach feta scone is her favorite)

Coffee is top tier👌🏽 My only complaint is with the oatmeal. I just thought since they put in the description that they use hot water for their oatmeal & listed all the options. That it meant it was gonna be some sort of warm, premade, yummy-ness. But this is it, they did leave a thoughtful note that said they were out of the ones I asked for. However... You still gotta make the oatmeal upon arrival.

The coffee is always good but you may want to advertise that the oatmeal is a cup of instant Quaker oatmeal. Super disappointed.
