Sooooo good! We had been craving soul food but didn't know Scends was on DoorDash. I'm glad they are! The Oxtails were tender and delicious. The gravy came on the side but that was great. no spills. Same with the Turkey Wings. The Mac n cheese and yams were also good. Definitely recommend. My only complaint is that they aren't on Dash Pass so that makes it way too expensive with all the extra fees for me to order weekly. otherwise I would!

Let me just say this it was me and my son first time eating here. When I saw the food was so good. Pork chops was so fat and juicy. The potato salad was great. The greens was so delicious. The banana pudding was SO GOOD!!! I told my mama she need to go there and I’m about tell my sister and friends to go there omg. Food so darn good. The cook needs to take there bow.

the fried chicken, mac n cheese, beans and rice, lemonade was great. but the tiny slice of the store bought 7up cake for 7$ was terrible i felt cheated

I have been ordering from Scends regularly and usually I pick it up myself . This time I got my order delivered by DoorDash and in record time! Food was piping hot! The fried chicken and snapper was good! Unfortunately, I will not order Mac and Cheese or Red beans and rice again!! The Mac and Cheese could not have been baked... I'm not sure what it was, but it was mushy (nothing like what I had eaten there in the past)!!! I ordered a small Red Beans and rice.. it was full of rice, topped with a thin layer of beans. I paid too much for just rice. if I had been dining there, I would have sent both sides back. Maybe the chef was having a bad day..IJS.
