They are considerate to food allergies, which means they rank higher than most food places. The food is delicious and well prepared. You can tell they not only care about flavor, but presentation as well. I love the cheese broccoli soup. All of my sandwich combinations have been really good as well.

I would not order a soup for delivery. The prices and serving size do not make sense. This is the second time we paid more for a bowl (vs. a cup) and the serving was very small.

Giant Pastrami Reuben Sandwich was served on sourdough bread, not on the dark bread that Schlotskys advertises. This is NOT what we ordered. The sandwich we received tasted terrible and bitter. This was a $20 sandwich that we threw away after only a few bites. They should never make this sandwich with the wrong bread. Their Deluxe Original sanwich we received the day before was delicious. The one we received on this order, a day later, wasn't very good. They need to be consistent. The Broccoli & Cheese Soup was very good, as usual.

Fast service. Pricey but so worth it! Not just because I'm their food tastes good, but because they rarely ever mess up an order. And that is so rare. DoorDash drivers aren't trained to verify accuracy of an order. They just grab what they are given and go with it. So, accuracy within the restaurant is so important and Schlotzsky's has this down pact. Their staff definitely understands the assignment and shoots for extra credit every time.
