Food is good, but the rate at which they screw up orders/special instructions is too high. I've been putting up with it since I used to eat here regularly long ago, but over time more orders would come with wrong items, ignored simple instructions (like "no lettuce"), or this time just a burnt sandwich.

I'm disappointed as the food is usually really good here. I asked for American instead of Swiss cheese, and I got Swiss cheese, and there were no tomatoes on my omelet. also, my omelet was very dry.

I had the roast beef wedge. Very skimpy on the meat and they didnt add the toppings I ordered.
