the Cake Slice fell apart a little bit so they gave me free snacks :D with a friendly handwritten note too. just leaving this review so maybe they can know its appreciated! and the cake was still yummy

The matcha was delicious. The latte was disgustingly bitter, I clicked 1 sugar, and paid a extra dollar for caramel syrup in it, you could not tell what so ever. It definitely gave me a negative experience ordering from here, and I'm really sad about it because I was really excited

I bought two chocolate cakes but l got red velvet and chocolate howwww
First: the red velvet and chocolate cake were not fresh at all, the cake was literally hard
Secondly: the chocolate cake wasn't baked well, l could taste the cake mixture and it was unfresh too
Thirdly, it wasn't in the right packaging, it came in a ghost kitchen like packaging with skip the dish stickers and l placed it on DoorDash

Decided to try something different than Starbucks. The cake was literally hard as a rock on one side- obviously had been left out all night. So gross. Couldnt taste egg nog in the latte at all just like warm milk and expresso - no thanks

Scone wasnt very good.
All 3 drinks were DELICIOUS!!
Using 2 lids to cover the drink spout was messy.
