The iced latte was delicious, but the breakfast sandwich was definitely not great and not worth $10

Didn't ask for my items to be heated but they were anyways and it took 40 mins to prepare 3 grab and go items

First time ordering at this location due to my regular one being closed. My smoothie (which I order frequently) was watery, when it's suppose to be a nice thick texture. I don't believe they even added any banana. It literally tasted like plain chocolate milk. I don't know anyone that would be okay with paying $12+ for chocolate milk. On top of that, they didn't even package it correctly. It wasn't in a bag or securely packaged. They also didn't inform me my muffin I ordered was sold out nor ask if I wanted a replacement. I'll never order from this location again.
