• 30/7/26I ordered a grilled cheese and fries... the cheapest thing I could get through DoorDash fees. The grilled cheese was the size of my hand and had a bitter aftertaste. The fries were stale, non-crispy and cold. Small-portioned, not fresh, tastes average at best. The dasher was fine, but the food was tacky... I'll order from a better Shake Shack in the future.

• 6/6/26The food was mid. nothing special. but the portions were obscene. I doordashed this to work and was starving and didn't take a picture. I ordered BBQ Boneless Baby Back Rib Sandwich. $17 for a sandwich I was expecting a monster or at least something ALMOST filling. It was 4-5 normal sized bites. the Rib patty was about 2.5/almost 3inch dimensions. The Chicken Bites™ were tasty but TINY and dry. they were half bites, not bites.
I only ordered because i have promotional dash pass and supposedly got $9 off $25. and yet spent $28 before tip. what a joke.

• 22/12/24All 3 items in the picture have bacon..only 2 were supposed to have bacon.
The 2 burgers on the left are exactly the same when one was not supposed to have onions.
I spent $65 for 2 of us to not have what we want. I do not eat pork so my cheeseburger could not be eaten.
