• 26/5/26Every item in our order was delicious and very filling; even the drinks were great. The portions were perfect size and the veggies on our burgers were fresh which enhanced the already tasty burger patties - really love the bread on the burgers and Grilled Cheese. The Onion Rings were crispy and very yummy. Shake Shack may make the food quickly but this is not "fast food" but a delicious meal that is made very well. We will definitely order again and again!

• 27/7/24Food taste good but a little on the small side. $9 for a chicken sandwich and it was about half the size of a chick-fil-a sandwich. Same with the burger, tastes good just smaller than expecting. Ordered a chocolate shake only to not receive it with the order. Bag came sealed shut with all the food and 2 drinks but no shake. Really disappointed my only option was for a refund. I'm currently in the hospital with a family member so going out to pick up food is not an option right now.

• 20/5/24Cheeseburgers are scrumptious -- esp if you add the toppings of your choice and definitely including crispy onions on it. The French Fries are so yummy also! Great and filling affordable meal! Food arrived quickly and our Dasher was precious!!!

Overall Takeaway: For $44, I expected a full meal, not a half‑sized lettuce‑wrap burger, wilted produce, and missing add‑ons. What I received felt careless, inconsistent, and absolutely not worth the price.
🍔 Portion Size & Presentation
• Lettuce‑wrap burger: The size was shockingly small.
It genuinely looked like someone cut a regular burger in half and wrapped it up like that was acceptable.
• When you’re paying Shake Shack prices, you expect a full entrée, not a sample.
🥬 Quality of Ingredients
• Wilted lettuce on one side, fully cooked on the other.
• This is exactly why you requested extra lettuce, because with ADHD sensory issues, cooked lettuce is a no.
• They ignored the request, and the result was predictable: soggy, limp, unappealing.
➕ Missing Add‑Ons
You ask for:
• extra lettuce
• extra tomatoes
• extra onions
You received:
• none of the above
That’s not a mistake that’s negligence. If a customer ask for extras, they should receive extras. It’s the reason why you have it attached to options portion on DoorDash.

Two lettuce‑wrap burgers + one small fry = $44
And the fries didn’t even come with the burgers.
For that price:
• The food should be fresh
• The order should be correct
• The portions should be reasonable
None of that happened.

Your point is valid and important: People with ADHD often have food texture sensitivities. You weren’t being “extra” you were being proactive. You asked for extra lettuce to prevent the heat from cooking it. They ignored that, and it directly affected your ability to enjoy the meal.

• 14/3/26ShackBurger is freaking delicious every time. K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites are crispy and flavorful. Spicy too! The K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries are great with the dipping sauce it came with
