The quality and taste of the Fries and the Avocado Bacon Burger were perfect, as always. How, I did order my burger on a gluten free bun which I did not get. I did get the burger lettuce wrapped but communication about no gluten free buns would've been appreciated.

They didn't even put the cheese on the fries they put it in a container and the cheese was super hard to I shook it so many times expecting for it to pour on the fries but no it was to hard and the bacon cheese burger meat is bigger then the bun it just doesn't taste as good as i except

The Avocado Bacon Burger we ordered today was probably the worst burger we ever ate in any store. The quality couldn't be worse. The burgers were small and the beef tasted dry. They forgot to add tomatoes in one of our burgers. We will not order from this store again. Very disappointed.

This will be my last time ordering from this Shake Shack. We ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Bites. Both were overcooked (or twice cooked), rubbery, and had no flavor. There are better choices in Seaport for a burger.

Pretty small portions but the food is pretty good. Fries are nicely seasoned. The hot ones Hot Ones™ Burger isn't really that spicy but has good flavor. Less filling than it looks
