• 4/8/26Got the Gluten-Free ShackBurger® and had them add avocado, it was actually really good. Had a "gluten free" sticker on the box and everything. Its nice to see an actual gluten free item and not just "add a gf bun for an upcharge" like most places. I wish it had more avocado for what that addon costs, it had like 2 slices, maybe a third of an avocado on it, but all the toppings seemed very fresh (which isn't always the case at some places on a Monday evening) and it was still a good burger for an occasional treat and I'm sure I'll get it again sometime.
Black & White Shake was good too, silky smooth.

• 1/10/26The Biscoff® Cookie Butter Tiramisu Shake was good overall and enjoyable in terms of taste, although I would not consider it particularly memorable or unique. It delivered what I expected from a dessert shake and was pleasant to drink, but there was nothing about the flavor that made it stand out enough for me to order it again.
The shake tasted fresh, and the portion size was generous and satisfying. The quality was also good, and the Biscoff® cookie butter and tiramisu-inspired flavors worked well together. However, I think the flavor could have had more depth or a stronger contrast between the cookie butter and tiramisu elements to make it more distinctive. Like a good dessert, a shake should have one element that makes you want to come back for another bite—or in this case, another sip. This one was enjoyable but did not quite reach that level for me.
Overall, the Biscoff® Cookie Butter Tiramisu Shake was fresh, good quality, and appropriately portioned. I enjoyed trying it and was satisfied with the experience, but it was more of a “try it once” shake for me rather than something I would personally order again.

• 31/5/26They charged me 15 for the smallest burger I've ever seen, basically a slider, five dollars for uncooked Onion Rings that tasted terrible and the shake was ok. It's just overpriced trash, wouldn't buy anything from them.

• 2/7/26Bacon Cheese Fries ShackBurger Flavor all around was bland and the cheese sauce almost watered down but also chalky. Bacon was barely done. and my shack burger was not well done. Definitely over priced

• 6/6/26I ordered pickup through DoorDash. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger , an Avocado Bacon Burger, 2 orders of Fries, and Key Key Lime Pie Shake . When I arrived I spent a few minutes trying to get an employee's attention, when I was able to inform a staff member I had a pickup order the emplyee checked the bags for my order, I was told my food was not ready. After several minutes I was told by a second employee my food was in fact one of the bags ready for pickup. Shake was sitting in the bag with the warm food and had become pretty melted. Got home to see my double burger had only 1 burger patty and the avocado burger had 2. $45 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 melted Shake.
