Fries were cold. The onion rings were cold and had no flavor. What's
the chicken sandwich for almost 13 is not big enough. It's small and barely had any flavor. I'm not sure if today was a bad day, but the only good thing was the milkshake. I would order that again. Everything else hard passes.

I hope they can keep the standard. Someday the food is good. They miss the instruction sometimes. I guess it depends on the mood of the staff because I got burnt burgers twice and today I received only half portion of fries!!

Burger and fries arrived very warm, while the chicken pieces were completely cold. Burger was good as always but they really need to chill with the amount of salt they use on the fries and chicken pieces. The pieces were literally inedible.

Veggie Shack was average. fries were good. both were very salty.
Tiramisu Shake was tasty. worth it.

The chicken was salty. The order was not processed as requested. I paid for fries with a cheese on the side but did not get the cheese.
