• 9/2/26It's good but the burger size is so small. Like 2 inches wide idk how that's an adult cheeseburger. It looked smaller than a whopper jr. that's crazy for the price. The side of fries was good at least that was a good amount. The hot dog was so basic I thought it would come with the basics. I had to add my own sauces. Also no sauce options not even to buy.

• 5/6/25It seems like it is Hit-or-Miss with this location. I have had really good shack burgers and shakes, but lately, it seems to be more miss.
Ordered a 10 piece chicken bite and only got 9, overcooked, almost char looking tiny bites. Not at all what I remember from ordering in the past. They were very dark in color instead of having a brownish hue, and once bitten into you could taste the burnt effect. Besides having almost no chicken in the bite, it was gross. I will be giving Shack Shake a rest for a bit.
The bacon burger had 2 pieces of "off looking" uncooked bacon on it that I had to remove, which negated purchasing that burger.
The fries were as delicious as they always are, and are probably the only constant "good thing" when ordering. Just cold as the dasher took way to long to get here. Had to put in the Micro for 20 seconds to get them warmed up.

• 25/11/25First time ordering, I liked the hot dog, crispy onion rings not soggy, French fries crispy and soft inside, perfectly salted. Hamburgers were moist , very filling. Definitely will order again.
