The shakes tasted good, but they were delivered without a sealed bag. The drinks arrived open, which was disappointing from a food safety and hygiene perspective. I would appreciate better packaging and sealing of orders in the future.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this one deserves it. The pizza sandwich I ordered from Shake Square was an utter disaster from start to finish. First off, the bread was soggy, limp, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. There was barely any cheese – and what little there was had already congealed into a rubbery mess by the time it arrived. The supposed “pizza” filling? A sad excuse for toppings – overcooked, bland vegetables drowning in a tasteless, watery tomato sauce. No seasoning, no balance, no effort.
To call this a “pizza sandwich” is misleading. It’s more like someone microwaved leftovers between two slices of stale bread and hoped for the best. At this price point, I expected at least something edible. What I got instead was the culinary equivalent of disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not even out of curiosity.
Save your appetite – and your money – and eat literally anything else.

It was okay, the shake and cake slice was frozen. There was ice in my mouth. Nacho Corn chat was pretty good.
