I had high hopes for Shake's because I love the Shake's in Fayetteville. Orders were completely mixed up and the amount of toppings were low even after paying for additional toppings. I hate to say it, but I should've just gone to Sonic.

Usually very good, but this time my toppings were wrong, and they barely put any on. I'll definitely order again. As normally I have no issues. Just sad I spent $20 through Doordash and didnt even enjoy it. Small SundaeRegular Sundae

I paid additional money for toppings, and by the time that the desserts get to our home, mine was melted completely, and there were hardly any toppings in my small concrete dessert. Extremely disappointed because it wasn't cheap. I did not even eat half of it.

I ordered a vanilla/chocolate s'mores concrete and what I got was vanilla custard with a few mini chocolate chips at the bottom. Nothing close to s'mores.
