Super flavorful! The meat has the perfect sear . The shawarma is toasted , but it's not dry or over done. Soo good! My only TINY complaint is not enough fries/the fries are not seasoned. I personally don't like those dipped, checkers style fries but I know a lot of folks do! Thank you for making these amazing shawarmas!
