Tokyo Shoyu Ramen 5/10. Small portion, probably the smallest pork piece I have seen on a Ramen. Taste is ok, but is clear that no ingredient is freshly made, everything most likely came from a package. Price point is similar as top quality ramens on DoorDash so I would expect the same level. 5/10.

Remember having Shimuja ramen dining in and the meat was skimpy. Ordered delivery and the amount of protein is disgraceful. Sadly they're overcharging. You're paying for broth and noodles.

I was not impressed with the quality at all. Ridiculously bad given the price. Noodles were not freshly made. The dish was mostly noodles and needed more soup and toppings. It came with only half an unseasoned egg and 2 very small pieces of pork that were tough and chewy. I can make better ramen at home. Would not recommend and will not be back.

the two smallest pieces of pork, like .05 ounces. flavor was good but the bowl was just noodles and brothe and green onions. poor value.
