We usually love shipley, with that said the donuts were dried out and not anywhere near what I ordered. The Bullseye Chocolate didn't have the donut hole on it .. I felt like we got days old donuts and some were squished too.

raspberry filled had 1/4c raspberries, WAY too much. "Chocolate glazed"had chocolate. frosting, maple "glaze" was thick frosting too. Apple fritters nice. They could not fill my old-fashioned cinnamon roll order, probably would have been good. Not likely to order from here again, sorry

I ordered from here as my boss said it was good. My Sausage & Cheese Kolache was good a little crispy on the ends but I don't mind that. My ham and cheese kolache was a mess. All the ham was to one side and as I ate it came apart so I had hot ham and melted cheese on the hand. I also got the chocolate iced donut with walnuts, I open the container and it is instead covered in cashews.

The donuts are great tasting as always, but they arrived freezing cold, and our donut holes we ordered for the kids only had about 8-9 donut holes, which also arrived freezing cold. Not just like normal sat out room temp cold but like they just got pulled out of a fridge cold. The driver only took 5 minutes to get from shipleys to our house so I'm not sure why our food was freezing. Normally we would drive to shipleys ourselves and get our donuts as we live 5 minutes away but with all of us sick we decided to doordash them, won't be making that mistake again.

Did not get what I ordered, so I called the store and was advised they were out of bacon, ham, and pretty much everything that I ordered. The chocolate glazed with walnuts was so smashed it was not edible. They substituted what we ordered and gave us cold kolaches. I will not waste my money again.
