I’m very disappointed with my DoorDash order because it was not prepared or delivered as I ordered it.
First, the bags were not sealed at all, which is very concerning and honestly gross. The kolaches were hard, as if they had been reheated or sitting out for too long. Even the sausage was hard and not fresh.
On top of that, I received a variety of cake donuts that I did not order.
This order was not acceptable, and I would like a refund for the items that were incorrect and/or not fresh. I also believe the lack of sealed bags should be addressed because it is a serious food-safety concern.

The Shipley Bold with Cheese Kolaches was hard and the Classic Glazed Box was undercooked and it tasted old

Glazed Buttermilk, CakeChocolate Iced, and the white iced with coconut was not fresh at all! and I received a dry buttermilk stale donut 🥺

the donuts tasted like rubber bands this morning and Sausage & Cheese Kolache was very salty. Disappointed with this location because other days my donuts were perfect
