We haven’t ordered from here in a couple of months because they were having issues with availability and the bake in general. Today, we ordered the Create Your Own Donut Box. Donuts are back to the delicious quality we always experienced! Be aware, though, that the filled donuts are significantly smaller than they used to be. I don't mind the size, but the cost didn't change. Hello inflation.

They were out of the Cinnamon Twist, I understand that. But they are ALWAYS out of at least 2 or more of what I order and I get something crazy instead. Today, my dasher was kind en to ask about a replacement. The Apple Fritter that replaced it is burned and is like it's been sitting out for days. I am so disappointed because I love their cream filled donuts. I rarely get them though!

My Sausage & Cheese Kolache where burnt, my iced Cold Brew Coffee had zero caramel in it and tasted like black coffee with the smallest amount of milk in it and zero sugar. first time ever experiencing such a bad meal from shipleys.

Despite placing my order shortly after they opened, they didn't have anything ready. They took so long, my Dasher had to get reassigned. Forty-three minutes, I had to wait. Even worse, I never got the Kolache I ordered. Highly disappoting.
At least, the donuts were passable...
