Seriously, you guys need to change your oil for frying donuts! These don't taste like the Shipley's I know from Donelson or Hendersonville. There's a strange taste, almost like burnt oil.

The Create Your Own Donut Box that I got did not include my selections. They were substituted with random things that I had not ordered. Further, several of the iced donuts looked old like when icing sits too long. This was very disappointing because typically I love Shipleys .

These may have been the grossest donuts I've ever had. They tasted like stale grocery store donuts and they left the grossest film in my mouth afterwards. I've ordered Shipley many times, but something changed. They used to be fluffy and these were shriveled up and crunchy...definitely shrunk. These were awful, never again will I order from here. YUCK

Strawberry do-nuts are one of my favorites but it was stale not fresh at all!!! The glazed buttermilk cake do-nuts are my favorite do-nuts. They were good as usual. I still would order from them.
