My first coffee I ordered the lid popped off and spilled all of my drink, i re-ordered and they wrote me a note, taped my lid on and gave me a coupon and some coffee beans! Thank you for making my day! I love shivers and their coffee! :)

I absolutely love this shop. I've been doordashing their coffee for a few days now and this morning I forgot to add a flavor. most places would just make it, but they actually reached out to me and helped me correct my order. amazing coffee and customer service 👏
