Been ordering and eating from here for years but the quality has gone down a lot in the last year. Chewy undercooked pork, overcooked egg, noodles taste like they've been wrapped in plastic too long (taste like plastic wrap), broth isn't flavourful anymore - the last two deliveries at minimum have been a disappointment - esp since the contents of the ramen changed. Such a shame!

The Shujinko Kara-kuchi Ramen is so bland. The broth is spicy which is great but has literally no flavour. It just tastes like water with chilli added to it. It makes the noodles and rest of the ramen bland

I thought each portion would have two pieces of pork like in the picture. I ordered that bowl with extra eggs and extra pork, then I received 1 extra egg but only 2 pieces of pork, so did the restaurant forget to get me extra pork or is there only 1 piece of pork for each portion?

Both broths were sour, and I couldn't taste the spices. I can't even eat the ramen at all.. The katsu is kinda tough
