The fries were wonderful! Super crispy & seasoned perfectly!

long time customers,not impressed with the portion size of the "side" order of sweet potato fries (6$!!!)and tots.
we hardly got any and since they were charged as separate sides from the burgers,they shouldn't have been packaged with the burgers (wrong sides with the burgers anyways).
It felt like no care was given since we didn't order directly through their own site or go in person. I literally got 4 full sized fries and like 8 broken small pieces.

The portion sizes. of this meal were horrible. A $5 side of *Mac & Cheese* that was filled barely halfway to the top of the already small togo container and *Loaded Potato Soup Bowl* that was filled even less. The fact that I paid for a "bowl" and got less than a cup just makes me angry. They're clearly taking advantage of food delivery orders knowing nothing will come back. The burger was burnt. My dasher was also waiting a ridiculously long time for the order so much so that he had to text me and let me know it was taking forever. Extremely disappointed with sidelines.

Worst tasting food we have had in a long time. Perhaps the worst was the Brussel Sprouts. Pasta dish was dry and the meatloaf was over seasoned and tasted awful.

I had the blackened chicken broccoli pasta, and there was barely any sauce on the noodles. The whole dish was really bland and had almost no flavor. Honestly, I was really disappointed because I used to eat here often and the food was always amazing. I was actually looking forward to this meal, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The food quality has definitely gone downhill. Everything tasted plain and flavorless, and I definitely will not be ordering from here again.
