• 20/6/26Absolutely delicious. In the 2x2 Platter I got the short rib pastrami, lamb shoulder, potatoes and slaw. I wouldn't change a thing. As someone who usually doesn't care for roasted carrots, the Harissa Smoked Carrots *Spring* are fantastic. The seasoning provides a hint of spice to balance the sweetness of the carrots. The Short Rib Pastrami Sandwich was tender and tasty. I haven't tried the sweet sauce, but the mustard and vinegar ones are phenomenal- I need to get bottles to keep on hand.
The Smoked Deviled Eggs are a nice change for the usual, but could use a bit more acid.
Smoked Walnut Baklava was also very good.

• 8/8/25Sampler platter was delish! We got the pastrami, merguez, brisket, and lamb shoulder, and it was all amazing. The beets were so fresh. My son loved the smores Rice Krispie as well. I would definitely order this again
