I am so happy that they opened a restaurant in the west valley. I love their broth which is buttery and flavorful. The crispy rice tuna appetizer is delicious too which was unexpected. Just great comfort food all year round.

Love their bowls, it's filling and it's reasonably priced. The food is consistently good. I like the pork bowls and chicken karaage.I go here almost every week. Fast service and friendly staff! Their location is also clean.

High quality ramen and everything is absolutely delicious. The portion is nice and big and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. I got the shoyu ramen (added chicken) because I prefer a lighter base but my friend got the classic creamy one and I liked it too. I would definitely order it again.

the Blaze ramen was good but the fish in the Spicy Tuna Bowl was gross and expired looking. the Crispy Rice w Spicy Tuna was literally only two sad little squares for $8.25. I could get a full sushi roll of that at Katsuya a few blocks away. would not recommend ordering anything other then ramen.
