Stack of 3 pancakes came burnt, and the strawberries were warm and soggy. Also, the half plastic cup of syrup pictured was not nearly enough for about half of the 3 stacks so I had to use my own syrup from home. I usually love Skilletz when I go eat at the restaurant. This was a disappointing delivery.

If you pack up a to-go fried item, WHY would you put the sauce on top in the container so it's all soggy when it arrives? The country fried steak was very soggy and the gravy lacked flavor. The zucchini fries were also soggy and really needed salt. Would not order again, sorry :(

The chilaquiles were good but when I ordered the French toast which looked good I received a really small bland soggy single piece of bread that was not even warm when online it showed multiple pieces of French toast. I thought it was a bit ridiculous that they sell French toast by the slice for that price and had no sides or syrups. In addition to this, we were given no napkins or utensils at all. The Oreo latte was horrible it did not even taste like coffee and the banana matcha just tasted like banana no matcha whatsoever.

The Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs were awful. I've had chicken fried steak that has traveled well before, and this did not. The breading was soft and not crispy. The gravy tasted off, like floury almost. No good flavor and bland. Bland hash browns. The Monte Cristo did not come with powdered sugar as advertised. The turkey and ham in it was bland again. It came with regular, run of the mill, maple syrup that did no favors for the flavor combo of the Monte Cristo. I feel like jam would have been a better substitute. The fries had good flavor, but again, soggy and floppy, and there were a bunch of them. The only good dish was the El Quina Omelette. It had actually good flavor, the omelette was cooked well, and the mix of bell peppers, cheese and ham was solid. The potatoes were passable, they weren't anything to write home about, a few undercooked/ raw potatoes in the mix also. If we were to ever order this again, an omelette would be the go-to. Otherwise, I would not get this place again.
