the tri tip was nice and rare and tender.
the ribs were just how i like them, not falling off the bone and the sauce was delightful.

Herb-Roasted Chicken was good, but a little tough. There was no sauce sent, although I picked Honey BBQ. No butter for the potato despite it being selected. The salad was inedible. The portion was more than sufficient. It didn't seem very fresh, but that may be because of the trouble my driver had finding the place.

Ribs had a weird smell and were not hot. Meat was not fall off the bone but quite chewy. On a side note the salad and fries were great. Fries were crispy and hot. Salad was great. Dressing was a nit runny could have been thicker.

For $50.00 + dollars it was awful. The spinach dip was so cold it had to be microwaved to eat it. The Prime Rib Entree* Limited Availability was absolute trash. Got a slice with over 60% fat not to mention it was ice cold. Wasnt impressed, and wouldnt order from here or even dine in here again. Def not 'Texas' like I was anticipating.

asparagus were undercooked, chicken was dry and tough and the sauce was a tiny amount.
