Always love Slow Hand! I had the brisket philly sandwich. It was a lovefest. Lots of juicy, flavorful brisket meat, melted cheese and just enough sauce to make it so tender and yummy each bite you take. I also had their coleslaw. I prefer this coleslaw over mayo based ones. The vinaigrette flavor gives it enough taste abd keeps it light abd refreshing. My son ordered their burger. He said it's one of the best he has tasted. Again very flavorful, juicy and worth every bite.

I don't know what's happened but this was one of the worst Cobb salads I've had from slow hand. It came with 4 small pieces of chicken, the dressing was runny with clumps of blue cheese and it was 90% romaine, not much else. I used to love coming here for bbq and more but not after this.

Ribs were cooked perfectly and I ate them without the sauce for the most part. Added the sauce just to see how it tasted. It was awesome.
Baked potato was a bit overcooked but had plenty of fixings. Mac and cheese was very creamy.

I finally ordered the pit burger & jeez, this was delicious. I ordered the onion jam on the side & spread some on with each bite. My goodness what a mouth watering treat. I love everything at Slow Hand but this burger raised the bar. Outstanding!!

If you're going to 'load' a boiled potato, at least make sure the water is drained off first! Floating in a small puddle of water at the bottom and totally unseasoned-disappointing. the tri tip had a nice oak-bbq flavor. I'd be tempted to order again if it wasn't chopped up into tiny bits. Also would have been nice to include some bbq sauce.
