Wowww!!! I had the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was delicious. The broth has so much flavor and the noodles are perfectly chewy. Highly recommend it's a must try !! :)

It's very interesting. The soup is at the bottom, solidified with gelatin. When you heat it in the microwave, the soup melts nicely and you can mix it with the miso on top and the spicy sauce that comes with it to make your own spicy miso ramen.

I tried the miso ramen. I enjoyed the change in flavor by adding miso little by little to the soup.
