The food is great, and the service has been great up until today, but we'll chalk that up to people being human. If customers are expected to pick up food inside at the counter when ordering from the doordash app, it would be cool to post that somewhere rather than yelling at a customer in the drive through that they're supposed to come inside. I don't work for doordash, the order was done, ready, and paid for, so I don't see why I was treated that way.

The last 2 times I have ordered from here, our order has been wrong. I paid extra for bacon and didn't receive any which has happened twice now. I also ordered a hamburger and was given a cheeseburger. My son is allergic to cheese and was not able to eat his supper. I paid $50 and one out of three burgers were correct. Very disappointing.

Food was delicious. However my popcorn chicken was not delivered with my order. I don't say this to complain though, I say this to give props to both the restaurant and my dasher as they both went out of their way to get me the rest of my food. They could have told me "better luck next time", which is exactly what would have happened in the previous town I lived in. Very grateful and very impressed with the speed and customer service.

Both Triple Cheeseburger Combos were greasy and half-burnt. The fries tasted like straight fry oil. The only edible thing was the sodas and condiment packets. When they first opened they took pride. Now I think they may need to rethink their business options. Maybe a general store or something. The owners don't need to be working with food. Or at least get people who know how to cook and clean the equipment. Tastes like they haven't cleaned them since they opened. If I could give ½ a star I would. SMH pitiful.

Burger was burnt and black. There is zero chance they didn't know that burger was overdone when they sent it to me.
