• 6/4/25I loved my vanilla hand spun shake with whipped cream- I was delighted by this treat which Lucas crafted after I watched one made and has recommended I try my previous visit. A shout out to Angel who made sure we got all of our sauces on the side, and Van who built my DOUBLE CLASSIC SMASH® with extra extra tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions and add on yummy mushrooms- built with the bun (I had one bite and then ate my CLASSIC SMASH® wrapped with lettuce. Great job y'all:)!!
Smash so yummy for the occasional Friday night burger splurge:)

• 1 day agoDisappointed with this order. The DOUBLE CLASSIC SMASH® and CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS were poor quality and inconsistent. Coupled with poor packaging, this was a bad value experience. CHOCOLATE SHAKE came short as well.

• 2 days agoOrders weren't made correctly. Both burgers had pink, chewing and full of grease meat. My burger was swimming in smash sauce (that was removed from my burger), ketchup and mustard. It was a poor freakin excuse for an expensive burger that has so much potential to be so delicious. Fries were undercooked and chewy. However... the Brussels sprouts were actually tasty. Just drenched in oil. I will NOT attempt this chain again. I'm still pissed!

• 17/1/26The meat in the classic smashburger was so overly salty that I could barely eat it. Supremely disappointed because it smelled so good and I was quite hungry. Sorry guys. On the plus side the service was quite friendly and the smashfries were not at all oversalted, so those things were great!

• 15/8/23CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS were overcooked until they were black, the SWEET POTATO FRIES we just a big soggy mess i couldn't finish them. The AVOCADO BACON CLUB BURGER was ok. The bacon was raw, and there was too much sauce. This isn't the first time this place ruined my order. just go to the smashburger off 95th street.
