Our smoothies came perfectly packaged and freshly made! Still ice cold when we received them!

The Slim N Trim smoothie has the same ingredients as a smoothie I really like from another place, except the protein, which tastes like flintstone vitamins. Definitely getting a different protein next time.

I get this in store all the time, this was the first time I had it delivered & it was underwhelming to say the least. It was under- portioned in every way compared to my in store purchases. Definitely wasn't worth $15 wont be dashing this again.

Every other time I've ordered pickup from here they put my smoothie in the pickup tray at the front of the counter. This time I came and mine wasn't there, but it had only been 10 mins, so I waited. They continued putting in smoothies for pick up and people kept taking theirs and leaving, but mine wasn't showing up. After over 10 minutes of me checking the smoothies they put out and not seeing mine, I finally asked about my order because my lunch break was almost over. They said "oh it's been ready for 20 minutes!" And pulled out my smoothie from behind the counter where I never would have seen it. Why did they put everyone else's pickup orders out in clear view but left mine behind the counter? Every other time I've come here they set it out where I can see it, and they were still doing it today with everyone else's pickup orders.

Strawberry hulk had a sour taste in order it the same exact way every time and it's never tasted like that
