I added salmon to the creamy mediterranean yesterday and they charged extra for that but the salmon was not there.

I once loved this place, I have been eating at snak lab since the location in Pinnacle opened, but after today, I will no longer. this is the second time in a row we have ordered extra veggies and added chicken, and neither happened. I can no longer recommend this place for the lack of consistency and smaller portions for the same price.
