chips were crispy but soft and fluffy on the outside, the portion is so good that i could share with my family, they are fresh and salted to perfection. I would definietely order again

Usually like snappies and had no issues before, but this time the chips in the HSP were dry and crunchy and over cooked as if they'd been sitting there for hours or heated up in an air fryer sort of thing... really disappointed since it cost about $30 with delivery. Meat was nice but couldn't finish it because of the massively dry old chips.

tastes ok but disappointed, asked for lotsof chicken salt and garlic sauce, can barely taste any salt and the garlic sauce- where is it it??? hardly any, for $33 including delivery is disappointing

Not happy with the fish it was broken into pieces and I should've asked to separate the sauce. My first time ordering hsp fish i thought the sauce is separate same in the picture menu. Not appetising to eat!!!
