I picked up, order was ready on time and delish, but they forgot to make my latte- I let them know and they quickly made it for me! Excellent customer service :)
The French Toast Neat is fantastic and the Latte was one of the best ive had in a long time.

3 Egg Omelet* was awesome and pretty big, they usually are very good to pick up from but this time they forgot my hash brown. In their defense they were very very busy as it was a Sunday morning. Avacado was fresh and the sourdough was nice and not too dry even without butter. Have ordered before and plan on doing it again

Never had Cinnamon Roll Pancakes like this. They are the best and always taste the same. Feels like a perfect balance of sweetness & flavor for me. My goto dish every weekend. Right portion size and always fresh.

Second time in a row ordering from Snooze and missing an item i paid extra for. This time I selected the option to substitute the bread in one of the corned beef hash orders with a celebration cake that was offered and there was no communication to say it was out. It never arrived. Also the coffee was very small for the price. On the good side the berries with the french toast are fresh and the portion size is good.

The amount and quality was not worth it for the price. Scramble and Omelette were bland and both were missing the rojo sauce as selected on the order. There were like 4 pieces of spinach in the scramble.
