Both burritos and foil bags were entirely covered in grease. I could not finish the food because of the amount of grease and I was very hungry. Been ordering this burrito from sonic for 20 years and have never had this poor of quality.

The chicken was not fresh and was overcooked. And the sprite tasted like the lines needed to be cleaned on the dispenser. It satisfied for the second time I had delivered.

The food and drinks were good, but it took them 1 hour + 15 minutes to get my order ready. I had multiple drivers wait and leave. And Sonic staff gave no explanation for why the order took so long and were rude to the Dashers when they asked about my order.

Ice cream wasn't filled to the top of the cup. No whipped cream was added or anything. Not a big deal, still ate it. Just thought it would be different since whipped cream wasn't added, it should be filled to the top
