Booooo!!!!! My chilli cheese tots were put in the bag sideways causing a giant ball of inedible mush. The chicken wrap was like eating sticks. The chicken was so over cooked that the meat was the same color as the breading. it was so terribly over cooked, the "meat" physically splintered. Whole meal was a waste. Can't believe I paid money for that. I can't believe Sonic is ok letting people pay for that. Do better.

2 pieces of tiny dried bacon on it, and fry package was open. Not ideal.

The girl at the drive-thru was rude.. I asked her if one of my drinks was correct because it was a odd color and did not look right.. she said yes it is, I said well it looks green and it's just Dr pepper .. she then took the lid off smelled it sat it down halfway filled up a regular drink for me and says here.... good customer service is non existent these days.... but that could have been handled a lot better, no need for being rude I simply wanted what I orderedSoft Drinks

I paid 6 bucks for my strawberry passion fruit refresher to have extra passion fruit and it has absolutely no passion fruit AT ALL
