I asked you not to put cheese on one of my burgers and you put cheese on it anyway. I had to sit here and scrape the cheese off because I don't eat dairy and I shouldn't have to do that if I paid for something instead specifically what I want so this was a very poor showing for sonic My vanilla Coke tasted watery and did not have enough vanilla in it.

Fries were great as always and the Pretzel was good. I can't say as much for chicken strips. Two were partly burned, not really bad, but burned. But they had an odd taste, whether it was the oil or what had been fried in the oil beforehand? Something tasted off, and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The chocolate shake was 2/3 chocolate syrup and very soft ice cream. It wasn't mixed enough. This was a late evening order.

Never ever gives me the condiments/sauce packets I order , though it's always clearly marked on the order.
It's happened numerous times.
