High quality. Much better than other smoothie places like Tropical or Smoothie King. South Block tastes like real food. Good warrior bowl. Great health nut and pb&j. Got the green smoothie with protein - it was good too.

I love this place it's very fresh and you get a ton of fruit. I always get the warrior Bowl and then add extra fruit and protein. it is delicious and I will highly recommend it.
