You have to try their TN Trinity Platter Platter. Turkey, Burnt Ends and Brisket is Devine. Hot and ready to eat. Love their tater tots with Mac and Cheese, to top it off.

The most disappointing order I've ever gotten from here. The brisket was super dry and tough to chew. Sweet potato soufflé was also dry and not the texture it usually is. Sausage was tough. Everything just seemed like it had been sitting around for a long time. Not worth $30 for sure.

BBQ Combo Platter with Brisket, Ribs, Toast, Macaroni, Beans, and added Smoked Salmon for an additional $8. The Smoked Salmon saved me because it was prepared fresh and was the best salmon I've ever had in the Tri-Cities. The downfall to this order: the Brisket was so dry, I almost choked trying to swallow it. The top layer of the Ribs - also dry - it sounds like I'm on a revenge tour, but after paying nearly $50 for this meal ($42 without the Salmon add on), it certainly was not worth it. The Toast wasn't edible whatsoever because it was like eating a brick. The Macaroni was...you guessed it...also dry. The Beans, however, were great. Again, the Salmon alone deserves 10 stars.

pork was ok but chewy, grilled Cheese was cold and half melted, deviled eggs were inedible and sour, banana pudding was runny and no flavor, the only things that were edible was BBQ beans, slaw, and the kids drink. horrible food.
