pricy but honestly, worth it. crazy amounts of peppers as usual but they do it well, spice level are decent, not overpowering. truly a worthwhile restaurant, they've kept their standards high.P15 土家油渣子焖豆腐 / Fried Pork Rind Bits Sauteed with Fried Tofu always on point. A2 青椒插皮蛋 / Preserved Eggs with Grind Peppers is satisfying.A5 麻辣牛筋 / Numbing Spicy Beef Tendon is delicious and authentic.

This B19 椒香酥羊排 / Pepper - Seasoned Crispy Lamb Chops is really delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at how crisp and tasty it was. Also, I was expecting a small serving because the price is affordable but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full tray of the dish. If you like lamb, I recommend this order. I want to add that someone from the restaurant took his time to call me to make sure that the ingredients and the way they prepare the dish will be safe for me based on my health restrictions that I noted. Thank you for doing that. I appreciate you.

This is my favorite food ever! Its fried chicken wings with spicy numbing spices, all in red peppers (which is garnish). Something you might wanna know:
The standard order is bone-in. They're chicken wing flats that are chopped in half. You CAN specify boneless, and its still great that way but I find the bone-in has a little bit more flavor.
I highly recommend this item! They also have similar items with Shrimp, Fish and Tofu!
