The potatoes used for the french fries are pretty amazing. They're sweet and starchy and this to me personally is the perfect kind of french fry not fried to a crisp and still a little chewy. Such a huge portion trust me if you have two people in your party this will more than suffice. I don't even know if you'll need any other food. It's a lot !! The gravy is not too salty and the cheese is extra stretchy really good .

everything is so good here. except the liver its very dry. and hard to chew. raw liver should be soaked in milk then breaded in seasoned flour then simmer fried with bacon.yum try this

The poutine barely had any cheese curds. The smoked meat was dry/chewy and there was no coleslaw.
