Store always nails this drink which isn't always the case at other stores! Sorry we keep you busy every morning but you are sooooo appreciated!!

I lovethe Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe, I've been drinking themlike a crazy personsince they came out. But when I go get one? They are perfect. When I order them? Likely very little crunch, we have tioat almost 2 bucks extra per drink to get enough carnal to make it not taste likefajcy milk. I literally rarely have this same problem in store. They do write on the cups.... Which I do enjoy. As much as each one costs me, I wish they would havethe same ingredients as the store ones.

I have never seenan item so inconsistent in it's making from day to day. One day it's missing the caramel sauce, next it's the caramel crunch, actually getting the drink in the correct state is rare, not normal. They consistently forget the best parts of the drink and it totally changes the taste. I don't mind paying the ridiculous prices Starbucks charges but at least send me the right product. I get the same drink at another store and it is ALWAYS correct, it's always looks and tastes incredible. But if your order is coming from the Graceland location in Columbus Buyer Beware!

Perfect! They even remembered the straw and to warm up the Cheese Danish ! And the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was very refreshing!!

The Graceland store in Columbus, Ohio can't seem to male this drinkright and it's seriously perplexing. The drink is called caramel crunch but they reuse to add that ingredient 50% of the time. Store is horrible, other stores make right no issue.
