The package was open enough that a person's hand could tamper with the food. Meal (breakfast burrito) was exposed you could fully see right into the actual bag that it was delivered in as well as the hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tasted bland like water I was very disappointed in the whole meal.Hot Chocolate. Ordered a large hot chocolate as you see I place a soda can next to the one I received and if this was a large I would be very curious to see what a small would look like.

My Pistachio Latte was delicious and perfectly made! I appreciate the cute note too! The Everything Bagel was toasted and still warm by the time I got my delivery.

This is the only store when asked for additional pumpkin spice pumps, they never add. If you DoorDash, they will charge you, but again never add the additional pumpkin spice pumps. I have to drive directly to the location and watch just to make sure. I'm not sure if they are properly trained, or they just don't care.

They don't know what a Pumpkin Spice Crème is. They always add coffee, not sure if they are trained correctly.

This is the second time the same thing has happened to me: I order large drinks, and today they brought me a small one and a medium one.
