Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week. My doordasher even sent a pic saying "they didnt package it right, the drink is spilling", with a picture attached showing the green starbucks sticker on wrong

Please stop using the bag closure stickers on the coffee. It never comes off right! Its gross!
Food and drinks otherwise are great. Just please stop with the stickers.
