ordered Strawberry Açaí Refresher andthe taste is wonderful HOWEVER i simply ordered it with no ice and it came with it. I wouldn't have any problem with removing it but when i did, not only does it look like its venti not trenta. Also there were no stawberries in it :(

Starbucks Blonde® Vanilla Latte had no coffee or vanilla flavouring. Was just warm watered down milk. Other coffees that I received were delicious and hot

We ordered two items at the same time, but one was supposed to have add-ons for an additional $2. Instead, both items we received were just the regular version.

this order was for my daughter's birthday- she ordered a decaf caramel frap, got a mocha cookie frap and we are now not sure if its decaf.
