The Frank is laughably small and not worth $6. We didn't receive the cheese fries. The grilled cheese was basic bread and a kraft single - not worth it.
Shakes were good, but it's difficult to mess those up.

I don't understand how places like Popeyes are on the verge of bankruptcy. Yet, disgusting places like this are still afloat. Ordered from them specifically bc I wanted a bacon cheeseburger. Instead, I received the most nastiest burger I've ever tried with NO bacon on it. The fries taste solely like grease. Whatever part of the burger I attempted to eat lacked both taste and flavor. You'll be better off going to McDonalds or something. At least, you'll save more money and the food would not be this disgusting!

I just destroyed that burger! ..So good that i'm writing this review. 1st the presentation, package was air tight sealed. Burger were wrapped very neat. Burger was super good, like crazy good. It was melting in my mouth. Fry's were stale of course, cant help that But it was super good. Skinny fry btw....and my order arrived in 20min with all the condiments. Kudo to you Steak'n Shake

My favorite store always clean and the staff is always polite professional and courteous. The food is always fresh and hot very delicious. Also the Shakes are amazing treat. Keep up the good work.

Food was correct & fresh. Only complaint is how greasy the Frisco Melt Combo was. Sandwich was wrapped in two papers & it still soaked through the bag! Steak & Shake does have good tasting food though!
